Good Word today that focuses in on another attribute of the wicked, the things that come out of their mouths

Psa 10:7  His mouth is full of curses and deceit and oppression; Under his tongue is mischief and wickedness.

So this tells us wicked folks tend to lie and basically talk a lot of trash.

Conversely, this again gives us some key do-nots.  Do not lie, or scheme against other people and we should also not oppress others, or say bad things about people, that includes gossiping about people behind their backs, or to their faces.  As the adage says, if there’s nothing nice to say, say nothing at all.  Some good advice here as we get ready to spend time with family and friends, which is great and all, but when we are among friends, we also tend to say bad things about someone who’s not there, today’s verse warns against cursing others and oppressing them, even if it is only with what we say.
