Moving on in our Psalms today, and we are covering Israel’s prayers on behalf of King David after a victory:

Psa 21:3  For You meet him with the blessings of goodness; You set a crown of pure gold upon his head.

Psa 21:4  He asked life from You, and You gave it to him—Length of days forever and ever.

Riches and a long life are what God gave to David, when they say length of days forever and ever, that meant that God allowed David lived to a ripe old age, meanwhile the Messiah literally lives forever, hence the empty tomb.  Happy Easter!
